Do I need experience to book this?
Some basic salon experience is helpful, but you don’t need to be “advanced.” This is ideal for junior stylists or anyone returning to hairdressing who wants to rebuild strong foundations at a steady pace.
Is this suitable if I’ve taken a break from hairdressing?
Yes. In fact, that’s exactly who this works best for. We focus on confidence, decision-making, and getting you comfortable again without pressure or overwhelm.
Will I work on real models?
We begin on mannequins to build confidence and control. Depending on progress and goals, moving onto models can be discussed later.
Is this colour or cutting focused?
Both. The sessions are shaped around lived-in colour, cutting foundations, and how the two work together — always tailored to what you need most.
Is this a qualification or certification?
No. This is practical, real-world education designed to support you behind the chair, not a formal qualification.

Do I need to be self-employed or own a salon?
No. This is for hair professionals at any stage — employed, self-employed, freelance or in the early idea phase of something new. We meet you where you are.
Is this only for experienced stylists?
Not at all. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, this session will be useful — regardless of how long you’ve been in the industry.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
No formal prep. After booking, you’ll be invited to share a few thoughts or questions so we can make the most of the session, but it’s kept simple and pressure-free.
Is this more business or more mindset?
Both — because they’re connected. We can work on practical things like pricing, structure and social media, but also on boundaries, confidence, burnout and direction.
Will I be told exactly what to do?
No rigid formulas. This isn’t about copying someone else’s business. It’s about helping you build a version that fits you and your life.
