All appointments take place one-to-one in Steven’s private studio never rushed, never double-booked. You’ll receive a completely bespoke service in a calm, chic setting with refreshments included, so you can truly relax while we create hair that feels like you. We exclusively use Oway’s organic, biodynamic products kind to both hair and the planet. Colour Notes

All lightening and colour services include OLAPLEX bond-building technology to help protect the integrity of the hair throughout the colouring process.
Creative toners are charged separately.
A blow-dry or express dry must be booked alongside all colour services.
Longer colour appointments can also be booked as a Quiet Service.

All prices are gender neutral. We charge by time and technique – not gender.

New to colour? Book a free consultation and allergy test at least 48 hours before.

Blow dry after colour? All colour services must be completed with a blow dry after colour or fast dry service.

Running late? We’ll always try to accommodate, but over 15 mins may need to rebook.

Need to cancel? Please give us 24 hours' notice, otherwise full appointment will be charged.

Payments? At Hold we only accept card payments.
